做一個吃良心飯的律師

很顯然我現在還不是一名律師，當然我很快就會成為其中一位。一直以來我都極力的在滿足自己基本生活需求的條件下降低自己對于物質生活的虛榮心。任何東西都有它的局限性，錢太少肯定不是好事，錢太多也可能壞事。心態平和，做該做的事，吃良心飯是我宗旨。

有人在譏諷律師，有人在離開了律師行業后譏諷律師，我覺得這一切無可非議。
現實中，律師是一商人的角色，但是社會世俗給他披上了神圣的色彩。這使得律師一開始就很難做，因為其他人收錢是合情合理的，比如修空調的故意把氟利昂放光再充滿，但是律師是不行的，為了多少律師費，律師無限期拖延。
律師的神圣光環給了一個凡人，而且這個凡人還是個商人的角色，使得這其中極不匹配。我想這就是律師界的悲哀，也是為什么會有那么想林肯一樣的優秀律師最后選擇離開這個行業。
我想起了我剛剛進入律師實習期間帶我的老律師，他一直告訴我吃良心飯。當時我不能理解這句話的含義，今天我有必要將這句話解釋一番。
律師可以是商人，但商亦有道，即為商道。律師在給別人出謀劃策、處理案件過程中完全有權利得到報酬，但不能收錢不辦事，不能慫恿訴訟，不能因為錢而昧良心。
